This award is in memory of Apex employee Johnny Phichith, who passed away from an autoimmune illness. Johnny exemplified Apex's core values every day and in all his interactions, which is the inspiration behind this award. Every year two Apex employees receive this award for demonstrating our core values, just like Johnny did. We will have two recipients of the award: one from Operations and the other from the Administrative side of our business. Both are essential to the success of Apex!

Johnny created a device that caught the shavings from the drill to keep the customer’s work-site as clean as possible.
